取消、退货及退款

在订单送出后,不能取消订单或对订单作出任何变更。

请于打开包装之前检查商品, 确认接收的是正确的产品。若发现寄送的任何产品与订单不符, 应立即透过电子邮箱[email protected]与我们联络, 
并在收到包裹后的后7个工作日内退回原包装产品, 不得打开及使用。我们在收到退货后, 将竭力于7个工作日内, 重新安排正确货品送到原先收货地址。

如产品因运送时破坏、请于收货后24小时内通知我们, 并提供相关照片, 我们将按情况安排补回新货, 及收回破坏的产品。

基于卫生及食品安全理由考虑, 我们不予接受任何退货/换货安排。

为免生疑问, 阁下或阁下的代表签收由我方司机或速递公司交付的订单, 即意味着阁下已收到该订单。

请注意, 任何运费皆不可退款。

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Order is final upon completion. 

Kindly double check the items upon receiving. If you find that any product sent does not match with your order, please contact us immediately via email [email protected] and return it in the original condition within 7 working days. 
After receiving the returned goods, we will reschedule the correct goods within 7 working days.

If the product is damaged during shipment, please notify us within 24 hours upon receiving the goods with relevant photos. 

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we will not accept any return/exchange arrangements.

For the avoidance of doubt, you or your representative signing an order delivered by our driver or courier company by all means that you have received the order.

Please note that any shipping charges are non-refundable.

The returned goods/products should be in original condition. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. 
The Company will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. 
Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 7 days after the confirmation.
